RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Courier deliveries of products purchased on Drinksworld are insured in transit to your delivery address.

In the unfortunate event that products you have ordered are damaged in transit or missing from the delivery then under the terms and conditions you must notify Drinksworld customer service team no later than three days after the

receipt of products. Call us on 09 5760990 or email drinksworld9518@gmail.com and refer to your order number so we can resolve the issue. Usually this will be by way of sending you replacement products, but due to item availability may involve product substitution or credit to your account.

We love helping you, and work out together in the right products suiting in your story. If the bottle simply doesn’t suit you, perhaps was not what you were expecting, we get that, and we take it seriously. Just contact us with any problem with anything about a bottle, drop us an email, we’d love to hear from you and assist in getting it right.

Please note that under the terms and conditions you have no entitlement to return goods for a refund beyond the situations covered above and if Drinksworld does consent to the cancellation of your order you may need to incur handling charges to return products to Drinksworld.
